In Chapter 11 of 15 in his 2010 Capture Your Flag interview with host Erik Michielsen, Bridger Capital hedge fund analyst Shaheen Wirk highlights why paying your dues and doing the "dirty work" in finance and medicine matters. The often menial work and tasks teach young professionals the fundamental details that enable more complex undertakings.
