« Why College Scholarship Applicants Inspire Renewed Sense of Purpose - Shaheen Wirk »

In Chapter 12 of 21, Duke graduate Shaheen Wirk talks about particiating in the Robertson Scholarship candidate interview  experience.  Robertson Scholars  (http://www.robertsonscholars.org/), 17-18 year old high school graduates applying to the joint Duke University and University of North Carolina program, remind Wirk that aspiring to change the world, through service and leadership, still exists. Wirk highlights how maturity and career progress often quell that drive and how these annual interviews, and supporting the scholarship recipients, contributes to a renewed sense of purpose each year.
