In Chapter 7 of 15 in his 2010 Capture Your Flag interview with host Erik Michielsen, Bridger Capital hedge fund analyst Shaheen Wirk shares why process and outcome analysis improves decision making over time. Wirk details a square with four variables - good process, bad process, good outcome, and bad outcome.
