In Chapter 16 of 18 in his 2013 Capture Your Flag interview, real estate developer Brett Goldman answers "How Are You Learning to Work More Effectively With Different Personality Types?" Working on real estate projects, Goldman constantly meets people working different jobs, including contractors, tradesmen, and construction workers. He learns being curious and asking sincere questions allow him to relate to people better and gain acceptance and respect. Brett Goldman is a Real Estate Acquisitions Director at Triangle Equities in New York City.
